MARY CROUSE DANIEL

Mary Crouse Daniel, 93, passed away Tuesday, October 10, 2006 at her home under the care of Hospice Savannah. A native of Graymont, Georgia who grew up in Statesboro, Mrs. Daniel resided in Savannah most of her adult life. She was an elementary school teacher for many years, serving both Thirty-Eight Street and Juliet Low Schools. She was a member of Faith Primitive Baptist Church.
A loving wife, mother, teacher and friend, she will be missed by all who knew her.
She was predeceased by her husband of 68 years, Webster F. “Chick” Daniel.
Surviving are, daughter, Janette Daniel of Savannah, daughter and son in law, Faye and Gary Fortunato of Savannah; ten grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Wednesday, October 11, 2006 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors Hodgson Chapel.

Funeral Services will be Thursday, October 12, 2006 at 11 a.m. at Faith Primitive Baptist Church with the Elder David Summerford officiating.

Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
